*** Please let us know right away should your plans change, because when an appointment is booked we reserve a specific amount of time to pamper your dog. Therefore all missed appointments without 24 hour notification will be charged $20. Should you be more then 15 minutes late we will do our best to fit you in, but might have to reschedule your appointment and charge a missed appointment fee of $10 for every 15 minutes.
