FAQ – Dog & Cat Grooming Vancouver

At check-in, we will perform a thorough assessment and discuss your pet's needs with you to make sure the most appropriate services are selected.

We never sedate pets. If your dog has been known to have a strong behavioural reaction to grooming or bathing, please advise us when dropping off. If a pet is not at all enjoying the process, we will end the session and give you a call, but we will never sedate your pet.

For most of the dogs the answer is no, our grooming pups are free to roam in the grooming area. There are beds, plenty of water and staff members. There are certain circumstances we might have to crate the dog, but as long as they get along with the pack and not being destructive they get to play.

The amount of time it takes for a full groom varies by breed and service, but you can usually plan on it taking up around 3,5 - 4 hours. Baths usually take around 1,5+ hours depending on breed and coat condition. Minor services, such as nail trims, take approximately 5 minutes and no appointment is necessary. Wait time may apply.

Prices are based on the service, breed, condition of coat and length of service. In order to get a price estimate before your appointment, we recommend talking to one of our groomers.
